meeting minutes, mission statement, club blurb etc

Hi Committee

Very productive meeting today I think. Please see attached for
minutes, our revised mission statement (I modified first aim
slightly as looked wordy on proofread) and an updated blurb to
put on the Club Listings page (if you have any feedback please
send through in the next few days :)). The minutes have a lot of
jobs listed so probably worth saving a copy to refer back to.
Nastassja - after you left Rouan and I mentioned that it would be
good to get some popcorn for the film event and we've put you
down for that if that's alright with you. As written in minutes,
it'd also be good if you can help me invite people to the Fb
even. Also-question: do you think we need to email Clubs to tell
them we've revised/updated the mission statement?

A template email to send to the mailing list and
DALSL/English/any other papers is below. (If sending from the LLS
account then you could remove the footer). Rouan, were you able
to add Tara and George (whose email I sent through a little while
ago) to that list of members?
