Update and Clubs Treasurer Training

Hi committee,

Please see attached and below for information emailed out to us
after the treasurer workshop yesterday. The session was very
useful and clearly went over what documents will be necessary for
the annual Health Check in March next year.

Also, I decided to take the opportunity of seeing Julia who is
the clubs administrator to let her know what the situation with
LLS is at the moment, in terms of a shortage of members and
limited time to get committee before O Week next year. She was
really helpful, and we basically came to the conclusions,
provided you both agree, of course, that:
* We should leave the AGM till the start of next ye
* We should try and get a DALSL or other language faculty member
to help out at O Week and network to help find new members
* Campus Life, who run the What's On newsletter and other
communications which go to heaps of people could publish
something if we want to hold an information evening say or
something else
* That I send her the current LLS documents (mission statement,
what we have as a constitution etc), and that her and the Campus
Life team will have a look and give some feedback on what they
think re a possible info evening or similar for this year and/or
ideas for next year, from a logistical point of view
