Ever-more clarification...

Dear partners,

There have been several questions of overlapping responsibilities. I attempted to clarify this inside the CMF-Master Schedule document with a few new sheets. 

DAILY HOSTS: Please check out the Roles & Responsibilities sheet to make sure you understand exactly which parts of the day you're in charge of leading and how you share responsibilities with other groups. You may also want to see the Practicalities sheet to understand how the Big Board will work and how the Circus Directors can support you on your day.

CAPTAINS: You may also want to glance at the Roles & Responsibilities sheet to make sure you're taking responsibility for appropriate things, and what you can leave for others to prepare!

ALL: May be interested in the Hierarchy of Questions sheet. If I'm Joe-Schmo-participant and am lost at the festival, who do I turn to for help? A user-friendly version of this will also be posted at the festival. 

Surely more questions will come up as we start moving, but hopefully this is all a starting point. In general I think the more clarity we can gain before the festival the better (structure=freedom :)  )
