So... it's going to happen.

This is a real quick interest count to see who would be interested in coming back for the final act of the Matter of Lloegyr.  I'm including the bare bones of this limited run below, but here's the bottom line:

Everything that has a beginning must have an end.  Lloegyr is in turmoil, and you will determine how the story goes.

I'm putting together a few items on an FAQ, but here's the main points:

- There will be eight sessions.  The first and last will be a Lloegyr-con (tentatively schedule for November 2015 and November 2016).  The other six will run at pre-announced times between January and October 2016.

- Not all characters will be able to return, but you have a say in what happens to them.  If you don't want your character involved in Act III, let me know and I'll say the individual in question disappeared.

- To be part of this, you need to express interest, and then we'll talk, either in person or on the phone.  Creating Act III is going to be a six-month collaborative project... I don't know most of the details, and definitely don't have anything written for it yet.

Click the link and you can add your own questions.

If you're interested in play, respond here, and we'll set up a time and place we can talk in the next month or so.

I'd love to be involved, but I can't be sure about time commitments at this point.

I'm interested. Childcare is my mist prominent potential difficulty. If that can be overcome I'm absolutely in.

I'm replying to people privately, but I want to touch on reservations in general (this isn't directed at Andrew, but I've had other conversations in the past I want to reference).

First, the game got away with me at the end of the run, and the style of play changed over time.  I'm committed to the style of play we had when Lloegyr first began: a focus on character action and development, and spending less time on the mechanics.  It's very possible we have almost no mechanics beyond a description of abilities.  It's possible we have the same sort of mechanics (at game at least) as we did before.  But sometime after Season I, we ended up immersed in heavy PvP during downtime, and that's largely going to go away.

Second, the group was very tight at the start of the run, and as it grew, the dynamics changed.  I know some people were very uncomfortable with the group dynamic as a whole towards the end.  I'm committed to running a game where people feel safe to tell the stories they want to tell, and if you have reservations about that... any at all... let me know so I can address them.

What weekends will the game be held? I can't answer if I can do it until I know if it will conflict with other games.

I can tell you that the game will be held on specific weekends.  My priority is to avoid the following to the max extent possible:

1) Dystopia Rising - NJ
2) Crimson Accord
3) Carcosa
4) NYC MES

I also want to deconflict with the following as best possible:
5) Dystopia Rising - PA
6) Philadelphia MES

I'm sure I can find six weekend in 2016 that I can run the game.

I'm in, however I'm starting a new (part time) job in August, so I'd have to work around that. It's a guarantee that I might have a problem making at least one game. MAYBE two.

I'm in. If it's as much of a jump as you've hinted, I'd like to finalize some things with Erin before I make my new PC (if there's any chance she's still around, I'd love to keep playing her, but I doubt it.)

We'll be out for the last week of July/ first week of August, but I don't think anything else should stop us from attending.

Maya brings up a good point. Is Ren dead? 'Cause I'd like to keep playing him if possible. I even have a possible excuse as to how he's still alive.

Im interested.  Schedule is difficult.  Early november is better odds than late november (UPS gets insane once we hit mid november).

Let's talk!  There might be an option for Erin to be around, but it would be a hell of a story.  I don't have anything really figured out, so it depends on a lot of inputs from various people.

We'll sit down sometime this week?
