Dear Participants,

I hope this email finds you well.

We have received requests for an extension to the submission deadline for the challenge. After careful consideration, we are pleased to announce that the submission deadline has been extended to 10 July 2025, 23:59 AoE time.

Please note that the paper submission deadline remains unchanged and will still be 10 July 2025, 23:59 AoE time. We recommend to start also your paper write-up while doing submissions.  The author guideline is updated and available at https://sites.google.com/view/llms4ol2025/author-guidelines

For fair comparison and challenge, the number of submissions per subtask and per day will remain the same, which is 10 submissions per day for a subtask and a total of 30 submissions per subtask.

We hope this extension provides you with the additional time needed to finalize your submissions.

Thank you for your participation and dedication.

Best Regards,
Hamed,

Dear Participants,

Upon multiple requests, we are happy to inform you that we have extended the submission deadlines to 15 July (AoE). However, please make sure to submit your title + abstract by 10 July (AoE time). You can update the title or abstract and upload the full paper later. We need the abstracts early to prepare the overview paper and the leaderboard. Also, please don't forget to submit your results to the leaderboard, even if your best results for the desired task are low, it might provide some insights into interesting findings.

Please note that this is a strict final deadline—no further extensions will be given. Please review the author guidelines website carefully to avoid any issues during the review process. Moreover, if the deadline extension affects your deadline for applying for the ISWC student travel grant, please don't hesitate to contact us as soon as possible.

We hope this gives you enough time to complete your work, and we are eagerly looking forward to your contributions.

Wishing you all the best!
Hamed

Dear Participants,

I hope you are doing well.

Thanks for submitting your title + abstract on time. A couple of points that we are willing to share:
  • [If you have already submitted your title and abstract, kindly ignore this point.] We noticed that there are still teams that have not yet submitted their title and abstract. Please make sure to submit them by the end of today.
  • Please make sure that in the final submission, your title adheres to the paper title formatting guideline as described here: https://sites.google.com/view/llms4ol2025/author-guidelines?authuser=0#h.etzch6nm5r
  • Please share your code in your final paper as a GitHub repository with suitable licensing.
If you have any questions or need assistance, please let us know.

Best Regards,
Hamed
