Dear Participants,
The clock is ticking, and we are approaching the Phase 1 submission deadline. However, we will keep the submission window open for an additional one to two hours to accommodate any last-minute submissions.
After receiving all the submissions, we will start the detailed evaluations and will share the results publicly in a few days.
Please note the following important updates:
1. Phase 2 (System Integration) Details: The details for Phase 2 (System Integration) have been published on the website: https://sites.google.com/view/llms4ol2026/submission. We have simplified the integration process by providing three possible options.
Please select the option that best fits your system architecture and is the easiest for you to implement. If you participated in multiple tasks with different systems, you may submit multiple integration submissions corresponding to your different system architectures. Upon receiving your submissions, we will verify them and will mark your submission to be proceeded to the integration on our side.
2. EasyChair Paper Submissions: EasyChair submissions are now open. Please carefully review the Author Guidelines page for formatting requirements and other submission instructions: https://sites.google.com/view/llms4ol2026/author-guidelines. All required citations related to the challenge are also provided there in BibTeX format.
3. GitHub Repository Sharing: Please make sure that your GitHub repository is included and shared in your paper. This is required for the reproducibility of your work, besides the integration.
4. Ontologizer Task Participants. Participants of the Ontologizer task must include the Pull Request (PR) submitted to OntoLearner in their paper. We will verify the submitted PRs during the paper review process. Failure to provide this information may result in desk rejection.
Thank you for your participation and hard work. We look forward to receiving your submissions and seeing your contributions to the challenge.
Best regards,
Hamed,
On behalf of the LLMs4OL Challenge Organization team.
