Dear all, 

Following up on the previous mail, I would like to emphasize on the fact that it is important for you as batch that there is proper and democratic representation on your behalf. Therefore, I would kindly request the LLM batch to please send in their nominees for bodies mentioned under the heading. The MBA batch has done the same.

To summarize the voting process:-

Constituent Assembly- 

Will be responsible for drafting the constitution of the Permanent Student Body. A member from LLM batch and a member from MBA batch shall represent their batch in the constituent assembly. 

You have to nominate three members from your batch for the elections. The elections will conducted later in a formal manner. among the three, one member will be democratically elected to represent your batch's interest while drafting the constitution.

Interim Student Body (ISB)

Will be undertaking the task of following up on the demands of the students written in the submission and helping in waving the path for a Permanent Student Body. Two members from LLM batch and two from the MBA batch will represent their batch in the ISB. 

You have to nominate six members from your batch for the elections, three male and three female. The elections will conducted later in a formal manner. among the six, two members, one male and one female, will be democratically elected to represent your batch's interest in the ISB.  

I request the batches to please shortlist the name of the nominees in a democratic manner and send us the names by today itself, so we can properly commence with the election process. You can contact the undersigned for any queries or doubts. Attached are the documents:

1. Representation of the Students to the Administration
2. Minutes of the meeting held regarding the representation 

3. Minutes of the meeting held today in the mess 

4. Voting procedure for the ISB
