Beware of system interlopers!

Hello to all,

Without stating all the past few months details, I wanted to send you
a quick warning to please make sure your computer systems are as
protected as possible. I also suggest running scans daily and at
least once a week in "safe mode" so that your system is checked for
not just viruses but spyware and phishing.

This note is not intended to scare but simply to inform. If you are
phished, logins, passwords and things that your browser has stored for
you can be used to gain access using your presence. Trust me, it is
not pretty.

Get yourself a top notch program that runs while you are online and
make sure you do daily scans!

My system is cleaned out now, so be prepared! I have a lot of new
news to catch up on !
