This refers to the WAVE courses (YCMOU and MKCL Certification) April 2012 batch.

 

1>    Steps on SOLAR:

a.       ALC will be able to add/edit the learner data if required before payment confirmation.

 

b.      Make the payment per learner.

 

c.       ALC will be able to edit the confirmed learner data if required before sending to the ERA.

 

d.      ALC should transfer the confirm learner data in ERA 5 by clicking the “Send to ERA” option.

 

e.       ALC will not able to edit the learner data after sending the learner data on ERA.

 

f.       LLC will verify the learner data through LIVR process.        

                                                              i.      If there is any discrepancy in photo/sign/admission form, LLC will reject the same and ALC will correct the same through their login after LIVR rejection made by LLC.

                                                            ii.      If there is any discrepancy in learner information, then LLC will correct the same through their login. ALC will not be able to correct in Learner data through their login after LIVR rejection made by LLC.
