Dear Sir,
Follow the steps below to resolve your issue.
1. Delete temporary internet files and cookies and browsing history
from all client machines as well as server.
2. Open the command prompt - type iisreset press enter key .wait till
the IIS restarts
3. Go to the path C:\Inetpub\wwwroot\ERA5
4. Find the file named UpgradeLog_Content.xml
5. Find the file named UpgradeLog_Framework.xml
6. Delete the files
7. Kindly ensure that no one is using ERA on Server and the client
machine.
8. Reinstall the ERA 5 CU1
9. Reinstall the ERA 5 CU2
10. Reinstall ERA 5 SU5
11. The issue will be resolved.
