URGENT : Important Guidelines for MS-CIT April 2012 batch

Dear Network Partners
This refers to the MS-CIT April 2012 (2 month and 3 month) batch.
As communicated earlier please note the following steps :
1> Steps on SOLAR
a. ALC will be able to correct the uploaded learner data if required before payment confirmation
b. Make the payment with Rs. 960/- per learner
c. ALC will be able to edit the confirmed learner data if required before sending to the ERA.
d. ALC should transfer the confirm learner data in ERA 5 by clicking the “Send to ERA” option
e. ALC will not able to edit the learner data after sending the learner data on ERA.
f. LLC will verify the learner data through LIVR process.
i. If there is any discrepancy in photo/sign/admission form, LLC will reject the same and ALC will correct the same through BizClient.
ii. If there is any discrepancy in learner information, then LLC will correct the same through their login. ALC will not be able to correct in Learner data through their login after LIVR rejection made by LLC.
g. Only LIVR processed learner data by LLC will be available to MSBTE for further processing.
ALC will able to download the learner data in ERA 5.

Please note the important guidelines for MS-CIT April 2012 batch:
1> April 2012 batch has been made available in BizClient
2> ALC should update the BizClient
3> ALC should sync the BizClient to get April 2012 batch
4> Steps in BizClient
a. Scan the application form
b. Attach the application form and do the image assisted data entry
c. Select the mode of payment i.e Regular, Regular with two installment and Regular with Three Installment
d. Upload the learner data
5> Steps on SOLAR
a. ALC will be able to edit the learner data if required before payment confirmation
b. Make the payment with Rs. 960/- per learner
c. ALC should transfer the confirm learner data in ERA 5 by clicking the “Send to ERA” option
6> Receipt Printing
a. Download the confirmed learner data in BizClient
b. Print fee receipt and handover to the learner
c. Use the Blank Stationary.
d. Do not use pre-printed stationary.
Note:
1> No need of fee receipt printing before the data uploading
2> Confirmed learner data will not be transfer to ERA 5 automatically. ALC has to transfer the same by clicking the “Send to ERA” option

Last date of payment of fees by learner is April 16, 2012.
Please find attached the Administrative and Academic Calendar for the Two Month and Three Month Batches in the year 2012 (Excel Format) for your reference.
