Kindly follow the steps below:
1. Delete temporary internet files and cookies and browsing history
from all client machines as well as server.
2. Go to the path C:\Inetpub\wwwroot\ERA5
3. Find the text file named UpgradeLog_Content.xml and
UpgradeLog_Framework.xml
4. Delete both the files
5. Before reinstalling the updates, kindly ensure that no one is using
ERA on Server and the client machine.
6. Reinstall the ERA 5 CU1 and ERA 5 SU 1 from
http://elearning.mkcl.org/support/mscit/updates.htm 7. Reinstall the ERA 5 CU2 and ERA 5 SU 2 from
http://elearning.mkcl.org/support/mscit/updates.htm 8. Reinstall the ERA 5 SU3 from
http://elearning.mkcl.org/support/mscit/updates.htm
After this:
Kindly follow the below steps:
1. Run services.msc from Run Command.
2. Select SQL Services ERA(5) and
3. Click on "Start" button shown in top left corner.
Then check facilitator/Learner login.
