Dear Sir,

As per ur mail and following steps I follow but my problem is not solve sir

pls check attachment file in error

pls tell what i cand do urgent




1. Delete temporary internet files and cookies and browsing history
from all client machines as well as server.
2. Open the command prompt - type iisreset press enter key .wait till
the IIS restarts
3. Go to the path C:\Inetpub\wwwroot\ERA5
4. Find the file named UpgradeLog_Content.xml
5. Find the file named UpgradeLog_Framework.xml
6. Delete the files
7. Kindly ensure that no one is using ERA on Server and the client
machine.
8. Reinstall the ERA 5 CU1
9. Reinstall the ERA 5 CU2
10. Reinstall ERA 5 SU5
11. The issue will be resolved.
