MEC Common Area

Hello,

Rocío so at the end of each semester we have our Presidets' meeting so that the incoming internal team and the incoming organizations' presidents get acquainted and receive important information.

We decided to have it Monday,tomorrow, at 6pm in the MEC since our community meeting were held at that time. The team just realized this weekend that Monday is also MEC quiet hours.

We really hope that this is not any inconvenience. The meeting is really important and it's too late to reserve a room. We really do apologize. The meeting won't be more than an hour. Any questions let me know.

I’ve talked to the other staff and LLC is welcome to use the common area if it’s not full of students. If there are a lot of students around, we’ll need you to respect the scheduled quiet hours.

 

Here is a list of rooms that are available today. You can contact the Dean of Students office to make the reservation or let me know which room you’d like and I can reserve it for you.
