NEXT MEETING

Hey guys!

I hope that the beginning of the semester is not killing everyone yet ;)

Our next Environmental Committee meeting will be on Thursday, 29 Jan, from 12:30pm-2pm, at OTH. Please let me know if you can make it. It is important for us to have a meeting with everyone now that we are still at the beginning of the semester to plan our activities. We learned from last semester that time flies in LKYSPP! (Jan, we know that you won't be in Singapore)

Agenda for the meeting (please, feel free to include any item on the agenda):

1 - Lunchtime event on Friday,15 Feb, with HJ Fell

2 - Bikes

3 - Recycle bins

4 - Green Week/Water Week

5 - Name and logo of the committee

6 - Visit to main campus to see the experiment on green building/green energy

7 - Budget (I will show you what we still have to spend this semester)

The idea is that the people responsible for each task listed above show us what they are doing/planning to do. For the topics we don't have anyone responsible for, let’s just discuss and decide on them.

I met with the people doingthe bikes at KR so, I have info on that and we can start planning next steps.
