Please see below the end of the semester report that Lucy and I prepared. We will send it to AA in the next couple days.

 

It is important for you to read it carefully. We made a few changes in the group structure in order to work more efficientely. I hope you all agree with the structure proposed. Let us know if it is OK for you, guys. We will send this document to AA by Thursday, so please, read the document and let us know your inputs before that :)

 

See below the structure proposed:

 

President: Lucy Heffern (MPP Junior)

VP Finance: Carolina Lima (MPP Junior)

VP Group Strategy: Sue Helen (MPP Senior)

Communications representative: Anna Jos (MPP Junior)

Events/Activities representative: Udisha Saklani (MPP Junior)

 

Other members: Aditi Raini (PhD candidate), Camilo Perez (MPP Junior), Farina Noireet (MPP Junior), Jan Seifert (PhD candidate)

 

In order to promote participation and ownership among the group each member will have the opportunity to coordinate an event, activity or project of his/her interest. Thus, for next semester, all the members will have a role according to the above group structure, in addition to serving as main coordinator for one event/activity.

Hi all,

Can someone volunteer to organize BTC bikes?  OES will be giving us the bikes, but I need someone to take this on as I need to focus on the Jan 17 event.  I can connect you to the Kent Ridge students who are running the bike program on that campus and we can borrow their model.

Hi,

Sorry about the late reply I was travelling whole of last week and had limited internet access. I am unable to see the document attached, could you please send it across again?

I would like to work as the communications representative as well as for specific events as long as the club/society works in a democratic manner with each member's opinion given equal weightage. From the mail and structure proposed I get the feeling that the same will be ensured, in which case I am more than happy to be associated with the club!

Hope we have a good year ahead.

Sorry for the delay in replying but had some internet problems here at home, which we managed to get fixed just now. I'd be really happy to assist Sue in organizing the BTC bikes. Just let me know how I can be of help. Thanks! And can't wait to see u all in Jan! :)
