How Singaporeans became "Dogs "

So you still wonder why we Singaporeans are called dogs by others..? Wonder no more .. We are all well trained..!

Ever wondered how the Chinese scholar got his idea about Singaporeans behaving like dogs ???

Can you blame him ?
