Ndugu wanadarasa,
Kama ambavyo niliwapa taarifa juu ya msiba wa ndugu yetu Stephen Ngowi. Niliwaahidi kuwapa at least kwa kifupi chanzo cha kifo chake. Taarifa nilizozipata ni kwamba siku ya j.mosi alijisikia vibaya kama malaria fulani. Alienda hosptali wakampa dawa lakini hakupata nafuu ndipo aliporudi siku ya jumapili. Siku hiyohiyo ya j.pili wakiwa bado wanachukua vipimo pale hosptali akawa ameitwa mbiguni mnamo saa nne asubuhi. Waliokuwepo wanasema hakuwa serious sana maana aliweza kutuembea mwenyewe mpaka hosptali.
 
Kwa wale ambao wangependa kutuma rambirambi zao, baadaye nitatoa contact za mwanafamilia wa karibu ili waweze kufanya hivyo na kabla sijatoa hizo contacts, kwa yeyote yule aliye tayari tunaweza kuwasiliana na michango nitamfikishia shemeji yetu yaani mke wa marehemu.
