Subject: Year Round Rope at children's pool

Please approve the City of San Diego's Site Development Permit Application for the year-round rope at Children's Pool Beach!
 
It is time to protect the seals and end the controversy over the rope.  There are plenty of other beaches surrounding the Children's Pool for humans to enjoy year round.  Please expedite this permit.
