To the Commissioners of the San Diego Planning Commission
I am not certain that I can attend the meeting on the 30th of August and I therefore send you this e-mail with the request to please approve the City of San Diego's Site Development Permit Application for the year-round rope at the Children's Pool Beach.
Please be reminded that the City Council declared the beach a Marine Protected Area by resolution in 2009, and in 2010 approved the year-round rope (by a supermajority vote). The major
signed both resolutions. The California Coastal Commission gave their unanimous approval last month.
