Please approve the City of San Diego's Site Development Permit Application for the year-round rope at Children's Pool Beach.

--  The City Council declared the beach a Marine Protected Area by resolution in 2009, and in 2010 approved the year-round rope -- and the mayor signed both resolutions. 

-- The California Coastal Commission gave their unanimous approval last month.
