Please approve the City of San Diego’s Site Development Permit Application for the year-round rope at the Children’s Pool Beach.  Sometimes I go to La Jolla just so that I can see the seals.  Humans have so many places to swim, and seals have so few places to rest and relax.  We need to show that we care for creatures of the earth other than ourselves.
