To the Planning Commission: Please approve the City of San Diego's Site
Development Permit Application for the year-round rope at Children's Pool
Beach. Its imperative that we protect the seals, and since the city council
declared the beach a Marine Protected Area by resolution in 2009, and the
following year approved the year-round rope- both signed by the mayor, and
further given unanimous approval by the California COastal COmmission last
month - you will not be doing your job responsibly to do anything other than
to approve the Permit Application. Please prove yourselves to be doing the
responsible thing with your approval.
