Hello LJPCA Bylaws Update Committee

Please consider the following for discussion at tomorrow's meeting and for an amendment to the Operating Procedures:

Section of Operating Procedures to amend:

PART 3 MEETINGS (Page 7) or alternative appropriate section for this amendment (TBD)

The LJCPA Trustees shall hold regularly scheduled meetings on the first Thursday of each month, unless rescheduled by the President with at least ten days prior notice. LJCPA shall hold a regular Membership meeting in March of each year, normally on the same evening as that month’s regular Trustee meeting.

Replace with:

The LJCPA Trustees shall hold regularly scheduled meetings on the first Thursday of each month, unless rescheduled by the President with at least ten days prior notice. LJCPA shall hold a regular Membership meeting in March of each year, normally on the same evening as that month’s regular Trustee meeting.  LJCPA Trustee and LJCPA sub-committee meetings shall be open and accessible to the public, will not occur before 5pm and no two meetings shall occur on the same day at the same time.
