CPG Training Amendment

Please consider the following amendments to LJCPA Operating Procedures

Section 1.1 

§1.1.4 Training (page 3)

The LJCPA shall require all Trustees and chairs of LJCPA-chartered CommiƩees and Boards to complete the formal educaƟon program offered by the City in person or online within 60 days of being iniƟally elected or appointed. Trustees must repeat this no later than June 1st of each succeeding year so long as the Trustee is serving. Evidence of compleƟon of annual training shall be submiƩed to the Secretary by each Trustee, and shall become part of the LJCPA’s official records. Failure of a Trustee or CommiƩee/Board chair to complete the specified training shall make the individual ineligible to serve.
