Please consider the following amendment to the LJCPA Operating Procedures
Section 3.2 Development Project Review
The LJCPA may ask applicants to submit addiƟonal informaƟon and materials beyond
that which the applicant has been required to submit as part of the City’s project review
applicaƟon process but may not, as a condiƟon of placing an item on the agenda,
require that such addiƟonal informaƟon be submiƩed. However, LJCPA or its commiƩees
may require that applicants provide addiƟonal material concerning code or permit
violaƟons.
When reviewing development projects, the LJCPA shall allow parƟcipaƟon by affected
property owners, residents, business establishments within proximity to the proposed
development, and other interested members of the public.
The LJCPA shall directly inform the project applicant or representaƟve in advance each

The DPR Chair or designated DPR Committee Member shall directly inform the project applicant or representaƟve in advance each time me that such review will take place and provide the applicant with an opportunity to
present the project
