Here he goes again.....Last night, Power Team Captains, Jas/Ron, Henrika/I were on a conf call with Sue, Anjali and our fierceless Seniors.WOW! It was raw, honest.....encouraging, clarifying. As Anthony so succinctly highlights below - nothing we haven'theard before, but this time I HEARD it. I was open to hearing it, willing to let go of my resistance and fear. And Ireminded myself, it's a process that I get to perfect by working on it every day, creating breakthroughs everyday.

Good Morning Team!Here we go...last night's call was AMAZING! The call for me was a message to wake up and be present. Nothing was said that we haven't heard before. No shift or edits to the program. Sue and Anjolie are still our trainers and our seniors are still our seniors. We still have a 200 enrollment goal. I'm still the Dreamweaver Captain and Freda/Herika are still Starfish Captains.What was different is we received coaching. We received AMAZING, POWERFUL COACHING! I listed the coaching highlights in 5 steps along with a short article I found relative to the journey we're on (please see attachment). I would like us to use and practice the 5 steps during our next enrollment conversation. In addition we are going to document our conversation to use in daily coaching calls. Calls we get to initiate with our seniors.
- REVIEW: If you have any questions, ASK.....by email, text, CALL.
- DOCUMENT: At any point in the conversation where you feel uncomfortable, nautious, frustrated, silly, inspired, excited, confused...take note. Write it down, send yourself a text, record it on your phone, etc.
- URGENCY: Within 30 minutes of your conversation call a senior for training and review your list of emotions, roadblocks, breakdowns, etc. Not just the emotion but the topic in the conversation when you felt the emotion.
I feel this could be a HUGE shift in our conversation and understanding of what enrollment is all about. Specifically our resistance to going all the way with people in our lives. Like all we do in LJ15 - it doesn't work if we're not aligned and commit to the action. I am asking for confirmation of alignment or not and if not what solutions you have to use as a development tool with enrollment calls.Make it a great day.Ant - "I am a loving, brave, and authentic man!

I am a giving loving responsible man.
I wanted to share what has been working in my experiences of enrolling these past few days.
The first part of enrolling is to BREATHE and center for at least 4 times inhale and exhale.
Enroll yourself into your contract and vision.
Connect to your heart with your vision of purpose
BE the listener / questioner to gain the connection with others passion / vision (if on phone, write down what their passion / vision is)
BE committed to empowering the other persons’ life and goals
***I have allowed them to see examples of the difference between HAVE TO VS GET TO if I think it will stimulate the shift in them to see value for them to keep for themselves in their lives(Tools)**
Ask for permission to have a conversation about the mechanism that can bring them there
LISTEN to any considerations or logistics that are specific to their needs.
Help them to connect to the VALUE of BEING different to GET different results
GET COACHING
Create the URGENCY of NOW. BE INTENTIONAL (let them know that the work starts immediately when they answer the questions on the website)
Go to the website with this intention while you hold their vision.
Relate to them with your experience if necessary when on the website
CONGRATULATE them for taking a stand for their own life and that you are honored to have them in your network
****HAVE FUN ALONGTHE WAY WHILE BEING IN RELATIONSHIP TO / WITH THEM***
****The last part is throughout all the steps.
Laugh, cry, hold them in the space of your heart that knows that they are awesome the way they are and this will help them to realize their goals in their life. Let them know that the coaches are there to support and get you to the vision that they have stated that they want.
