CREATIVE PROJECT for 3rd Weekend Timeline

Creativity/Activity Captain gets to source or create the items that LJ participants take home: Rainy Day Envelopes, framed contracts, “The Gifts You Are to Me” albums for seniors, Sue, Anjali, and Haleh. They also get to ensure that ALL LJ’S AND SENIORS have an acknowledgement from their angel or another LJ grad (or their kids) on an iPhone, to be given to the Music Captain. If they have someone scheduled to acknowledge in person, no recording is necessary. ONLY LJ GRADS ARE PERMITTED TO ACKNOWLEDGE IN PERSON.
1. Guardian Angel gift bags are collected from the Angel Captain: WAITING TO HEAR BACK FROM TAS H sent email message today 11/12
2. Acknowledgements Process: 50% OF GRADS ARE ASSIGNED. CONTACTING REMAINING ANGELS IN PROCESS. MESSAGES MUST BE COMPLETE BY FRIDAY 11/15.
- Phone messages get recorded onto iPhone and sent to walksth...@yahoo.com.
- Tia will do this, and she will be at 3rd Weekend on Saturday and Sunday.
- In-person acknowledgements need to arrive ahead of time, and should be available both days in case we need to extend acknowledgements. The tentative plan is Saturday acknowledgements for grads and Sunday acknowledgments for seniors.
- They must arrive 1 hour before.
- 3rd Weekend Captain will ground them before they go into the training room.
- It is a sacred space, so get rid of “stuff” outside the room.
3. Albums will be presented to Haleh and seniors/trainers on Friday night: CONFIRMED ALBUM & FRAME BUDGETS WITH HALEH. 11/12
Photos of each LJ16, and “The Gifts…” comments that accompany each photo. Haleh will have to me by Sunday 11/17
- Budget: Frames, Stock Paper, and printing will be sourced or reimbursed
- Budget: Albums will be sourced or reimbursed for purchases and Haleh will be providing photos and statements by 11/17.
- Rainy Day Envelopes can be completed at Henricka's Arts & Crafts Day of bliss on 11/16
- Contacted Haleh for support in getting me the names of grad Angels that enrolled them for voice recordings. WIll complete once I receive the names.
HAVE A MESSAGE OUT TO SHOCKEY, AHMED, AND KIM FOR 3 BIGGEST BREAKTHROUGHS ON THE JOURNEY AS A TEAM.
WILL CREATE OVERALL THEME FOR ALL THREE PROJECTS BASED ON THE THE BREAKTHROUGHS 11/12
Mamta has agreed to support and will be creating the albums once I get all necessary information and material to her 11/18
