Dear LJ Community,

It's that time! LJ19 is honored, proud,and EAGER to serve Transformation 20's Feast this Saturday evening, August 9th.

Do you remember that jaw-dropping moment in your own Transformation? When you poured all your heart and courage into your stretch, experienced weightlessness in your cradle and basked in the loving reward of Feast? When so many people you didn't even know gave of their time, energy and resources to be there for you, just so that you could have that magical moment when you walked back into that room?

Yes, it's THAT time! Time to pay forward that experience! LJ19 now turns to you, a select group of exceptional hearts, to support us in creating this transcendental evening for Transformation 20.

This Feast's theme is gratitude, celebration and growth. The atmosphere will be designed in excellence to expose how spaces and domains and our lives get to take emotional and physical transformations beyond our wildest imaginations.

We are asking for your support and contribution towards the following:

1. Decor

As much white fabric/material as possible, for table cloths and to create a canopy (bed sheets would be one idea)

Flowers (real and/or artificial--as many as possible, and petals are welcome as well)

Vases

White Christmas lights

Bowls for centerpieces

Large Potted Plants

2. Food

Salads, pastas, meat and fish dishes, vegan and vegetarian dishes, gluten-free dishes, desserts
Clear drinks like water, lemon-lime soda, seltzer

60 cups
60 spoons, forks, knives
Serving spoons and forks
Serving bowls and plates
60 napkins

3. Cradle

We are looking for 8-10 LJs to contribute to cradle.

Grounding is at CEC, 4pm Saturday the 9th.

4. Volunteers

We are looking for 20 volunteers outside LJ19.

•• TIME: Please arrive CEC by 9 p.m. Saturday evening. Late attendees will not be admitted. 

•• ATTIRE: Please wear head-to-toe black clothing, including shoes. Heels should not make noise. Sneakers should have black laces and be true black, not gray, not faded black or off-color “nearly black”. No jewelry, no perfume.

•• ARRIVE: Come through the back door please.

5. Set up/break down

We are looking for volunteers to help us leave CEC in excellence at the end of the night.

Thank you in advance! We are so grateful for your courage and love, as we are your legacy, however many generations away we may be from your own Leaders Journey. It gives us chills to walk in your footsteps and it would be an honor to source your support for this once-in-a-lifetime evening, both for the sake of LJ19 and Transformation 20.

Please let us know of your availability and possible contributions by 5pm tomorrow (Friday, August 8).
