The Singing Evangelists A.C.M.A. Duet of the year

The American Christian Music Association (ACMA), held their annual
Awards and Christmas Banquet, December 10th 2005 at the Corbin Chamber
of Commerce Building. After the dinner ACMA President Jim Hyde brought
a Christmas message. Jim Hyde then presented the presentation of the
annual awards.
Sheila Bailey of Harrogate Tennessee and Peggy Inks of London
Kentucky tied for Female Soloist of the year. Male soloist of the
Year went to Fred Pauley of Harrogate Tennessee. Duet of the
Year went to The Singing Evangelists Chuck and Phyllis Gibson,
Of Somerset Kentucky. Trio of the year went to Radiant light,
The Bert Griffin Family of Corbin Kentucky, Song of the year
Went to Cindy Upchurch of Monticello, Kentucky for her song,
"Lets Praise Him". Radio Station of the year was awarded to
WGWM-AM of London Kentucky while the TV Station of the
Year went to WLJC-TV of Beattyville Kentucky. Congratulations
To the winners which were chosen by secret ballot, by the
Members of the ACMA.
