14 歲機械人學神童的阿廣最新發明，竟令他捲入一個足以摧毀三藩京市的巨大陰謀！孤立無援，阿廣只能借助一班另類勢力，包括壽司師傅Wasabi、化學天才檸蜜、單車信差速美子GoGo、宅男漫畫迷費德，以及醫護機械人醫神，為他們配上高科技超級裝備，組成非一般的「大英雄聯盟」，盡出奇謀怪招，最後力保他們最愛的城市免於滅亡。

14 year-old prodigy Hiro Hamada's design of the microbats has led to a wicked conspiracy masterminded by Krei in San Fransokyo. To save the city, Hiro teams up with a group of friends, including Wasabi, Honey, GoGo, Fred, and plus-sized inflatable robot Baymax Baymax, to form a band of high-tech heroes.
