We are happy to share that you have been selected and will have the chance to buy tickets during the Verified Fan Onsale for Bruce Springsteen and The E Street Band at UBS Arena on April 9th. Below are important details to get you prepared. RECEIVING YOUR ACCESS CODE The Verified Fan Onsale for your show is on July 29th from 10am to 2pm local venue time. The night before your onsale date, you will receive a text message that includes your unique access code and a link to shop for tickets. Note: tickets will be available on a first-come, first-served basis, and are not guaranteed. There is a four (4) ticket limit per code. TIPS FOR A SMOOTHER WAITING ROOM & PURCHASE EXPERIENCE The Waiting Room will open 10 minutes prior to the Verified Fan Onsale. At that time, locate your show and log in with the same email and password used for your Verified Fan registration. You will not be able to join The Waiting Room for any shows other than your own. Review your Stored Billing to confirm your credit card is valid and billing address is up-to-date. When shopping for tickets, you must do so from a single device. Signing into the same account on multiple devices may result in errors. If you have been selected for more than one show, please ensure that you only have one tab open per show at a time. Opening multiple windows or tabs to purchase tickets for the same show may result in errors. VERIFIED FAN ALERTS No Verified Fan tickets have been sold yet. Many unofficial sellers will list tickets on secondary marketplaces even before they go on sale. Learn more about Speculative Listings and how to protect yourself. Codes cannot be purchased. You should not trust anyone trying to sell you a code. Only Ticketmaster can issue Verified Fan access codes and we will never sell these through our platform or any other site. Furthermore, codes are not transferable or able to be used by any other account.
