"I thank my God always on your behalf, for the grace of God which is given you by Jesus Christ; That in everything ye are enriched by Him, in all utterance, and in all knowledge; Even as the testimony of Christ was confirmed in you: So that ye come behind in no gift; waiting for the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ: Who shall also confirm you unto the end, they ye maybe blameless in the day of our Lord Jesus Christ." 1 Corinthians 1:4-8 KJV

I had the opportunity this past week to attend a mens biblestudy and we covered the first 2 chapters of the book of 1 Corinthians but these couple of verses really hit me hard and I was seeing tons of things that Paul was trying to convey to the body of Christ.

He starts off by saying He thanks God always for Him releasing His grace to His people. Think about that for a moment. He did it always. He constantly gave God thanks for being an awesome Daddy and Him showing forth His willingness to release His power and ability on behalf of His children. Whats cool about thanksgiving and giving of thanks is that it shows that you are a possessor. That you have within your hands the very things that you desire by faith with a frim grasp that you will not let go. If I were to give you the keys to my new lexus and you grasped them from my hands would you then possess the keys to my car? Absolutely! There is no doubt you have the keys because they are in your hands! Likewise with Gods grace. Its not something you have to struggle to obtain it is something given to you freely and it is up to us like Paul did to thank God conintually that we do already have it because we do Halleljuah!

I like what this passage of verses also goes on to say. It tells us that in EVERYTHING we are enriched by Him. Thats huge!!! The amplified adds a few words to give us an example of what that word enriched means and it says to be fully powered and ready to do any task presented. Thats an awesome promise from our heavenly Father. This means you are fully powered to have all utterance to speak forth your faith, full knowledge of the Word to always speak a word in due season into someones life, the ability to walk in prosperity for not only yourself but to operate in the overflow to bless all of those around you.

Verse six really hammers this down and says all of these things moving in your life is making a living vibrant testimony of the Word of God and that you are a disciple of Him. How will people know you are apart of the family of God? Because they can see the fruit of you spending time in the Word in your life. You are a living testimony, a living epistle, a breathing book being read of all men. We have to take the time to get into the Word so deeply that we are those that are example of Christ the anointed one and His anointing.

Verses 7 and 8 can be summed up like this: because of all the things listed above Paul reminds us that if we are dedicated to the Word and to God like we are supposed to, constantly giving thanks, and walking in our plan of redemption, that at any point in time we will lack no spiritual gift that is available to us as believers in Christ Jesus. So if you need a gift from Him to operate in your life thank Him for it and watch it begin to develop in your life and you will be blameless before Him because you are prefect and upright in all of His ways and doing things which are pleasing to the Father. We serve and love on an awesome God!!!!!
