A couple prayer requests

I have two prayer requests. My friend's son with the testicular cancer, is heading down to Indiana for some very serious surgeries and treatment of the cancer.  The plan is to have a lung removed, some key lymph nodes, and some other possible surgeries as well.  Please keep them in prayer.  His name is Chad.  My friend will be down there with her son as he has this surgery.  He's 25, and engaged to a young lady who will also be with Teri (his mom).  Please just pray for the whole situation.  Chad's dad is trying to get time off to be down there when the lung surgery is planned.  Prayerfully, His will is that when they get down there, the surgery will be unnecessary, and the cancer all gone.  If that is not His will, they will need loads of strength.  Please just keep them in your prayers. Also, another friend of ours, John, is the one who had back surgery, and they found a tumor. The tumor came back as an extremely aggressive lymphoma.  Please pray for him, as they decide a treatment plan, etc.  He is the father of 9 children, ranging from 1 year to college age.  Please pray for his wife, who is I am sure, scared at what lies ahead.  For us, for our family, please pray for wisdom in how to minister to both families.  They are both dear families of His.  Thanks! momteach4
