group managers

Some people had joined the group and added pages with pr0n ads, they
also managed to edit the welcome message, which appears to be a bug in
google groups (I think the welcome message is stored as a hidden page,
so if you can edit pages you can edit the welcome message) I've locked
down creating pages and files etc, also new members have to ask for an
invite.

Would anyone like to volunteer to be a manger to keep track of
invitation requests, page changes, etc?
