Must have excellent communication skills, average computer skills, and the ability to solve the customer's queries quickly

Ability to focus on customer service and respond to customers effectively

Ability to effectively lead and/or facilitate groups to collaborate on decision making and goal achievement
Resolve problems by clarifying issues; researching and exploring answers and alternative solutions; implementing solutions; escalating unresolved problems

Maintains call center database by entering information.
