Live+Press 2.1.0 released

I'm happy to announce that this new version of Live+Press is available
a week ahead of schedule. I thought about tacking "beta" to the end
but the .1 is good enough.

Although I'm sure there are bugs waiting to be discovered (because my
testing is OK but not extensive), it is light years better than the
previous version. See the change log below to see what's new.
