Auction

- Raffle tickets - YETI Cooler  1 for $10 / 3 for $25

- Set- Up in Herzog Hall, all day Thur and Fri - many tasks, drop in and you will be given a task

- Clean-Up, Sunday starting at 10 am

- Looking for a chipper/shredder, to chip branches used as decor into mulch - Sunday

Fun Show

Sign ups are live now and the first screenings will be Thur, Mar 5th and Fri, Mar 6th. Thank you! Danielle Caveney is directing the show and it's going to be fantastic! 

STEP INTO THE SPOTLIGHT!

All grades are invited to participate in Live Oak's Student Spotlight (our version of a Talent Show)!  Have a unique skill or talent you'd like to share? Be creative! Solo acts and group acts are welcome, but each student can participate in a maximum of one act, either group or individual. 

If a student would like to be featured but is not yet clear on what they'd like to present,  they are welcome to attend one or both of the screenings for ideas and support! We will rehearse the show in the SEEDS room or adjacent theater space at Live Oak. The performance will be at the Lucchesi Center.

Solo acts or group presentations need to be screened at ONE of these initial meetings in the SEEDS room on Live Oak campus: 

March 5th 1pm

March 6th 3pm

Rehearsals: March 26th, 1-3 pm, Dress Rehearsal April 9th, 1:30-3:30, 

Performance April 10th, 5:30 pm (4:30 call time) at the Lucchesi Center

- Fri - help yourself to lost & found to save items from being donated / landfill

March Board Meeting

- Board will vote on Looping Model

- A looping model recap letter is forthcoming, look for it in the coming days

Chess For Kids - Afterschool Program

- New session starting March 27 - May 22, flyers in the office
