Dear all,

I'm glad to share with you all that our SHG women in Dausa, who have formed a leather producer group and have received 12 days of training on product design and diversification and in such a short time span they have managed to learn more than 15 different types of leather products. They are exhibiting their products in JLF (Diggi palace) from 19th to 23rd January 2017. So you all are solemnly invited. Please do come and add value to their livelihood and motivate them.

Thank you
With regards

Dear Almiss,
Anyone who understands craft interventions would agree that our artisans at Dausa have achieved unbelievable results in one and a half months. Our efforts would not have shown results without their hardwork, persistence and patience. This group of women has not earned a rupee as wages for past 1 and a half month as we  endeavored to make them entrepreneurs and not wage earners. This will pay off in the long run.
I respect their commitment and their faith in Rajeevika.
Regards

All of you ... have made it... Keep it up and do not have any doubt on the success of this. I feel you will run out of stock. Please ensure to click photos of all of yours expression when you make sale.

Just one thing - first rule should be spot payment to artisans from working capital.
yes enterprenership is one aspect but role of organisation like rgavp is to provide them working capital which can be used for raw material and for their honorarium for their day to day survival. Later from sales they take the remaining remuneration in terms of profit sharing.  Artisans can not wait till their products get sold. They are vulnerable because they can't wait and hold the stock and have to do distress sale to traders at throw away price. They are already entrepreneur-the main difference is support of working capital and more remunerative market with more market-oriented products.
I think they should decide the remuneration of their products (basic) and should get it immediately from WC.
