Dear DPMs,

As per above trail mail of SMD sir about 5-10 commodities which were to be entered on NRLM- MIS, last date for the activity is 31st August 2016. As per the meeting held before it was decided that deadline for completing this task was 31st July 2016, but many of the districts have not even entered resource block data.

Please enter this data for all blocks opened in your districts on top priority. Any negligence in achieving this target may lead to disciplinary action. Below we have attached current status of the blocks entered on NRLM-MIS. 

Note- If the data has been entered and still following list shows no data entered please contact Mr. Arnab. Livelihood YPs need to complete this task.

Please ensure that it is done, because at the end of the day updating MIS is quite important. last date for this assignment is 31st August 2016.

As you are already aware that PMO has advised to identify 5-10 commodities, products or services which have the potential to increase income of the households and all the SRLMs have to identify these commodities, products and services in all Intensive Blocks.

 

A provision has been created in the MIS for the Intensive blocks to enter only 1. Commodity/product/service (name) and 2. Quantity (in MT or number) for Current Annual Production as off now to complete the list the earliest.

 

This PMO activity is under continuous follow up by the ministry. Please consider completion of this activity as urgent one.

It is to inform you that YP LH has completed entries of 4 blocks namely Kherwara, Jhadol, Kotra and Sarada on NRLM MIS. 2 blocks namely Rishabhdev and Phalasiya are not being shown on NRLM MIS. Also the sheets received from departments does'nt have data of these 2 blocks as they are newly formed.

I wish you pleasant monsoon,

We have updated atleast five commodities on NRLM MIS for all the five blocks ( i.e. Chhipabarod, Baran, Anta, Kishanganj & Shahbad) in which we have entered till now.

The commodities are mainly agriculture commodities but soon I'll update some more commodities from Livestock and NTFP as in these segments I'm facing difficulties in getting the authentic data. But I'll try to sort out things with Animal Husbandry Department and Forest Department before the deadline.

We have identified and uploaded 5 major commodities in which maximum population of concerned blocks are engaged i.e. 3 commodities from Agriculture and 2 commodities from Livestock for all 5 blocks. The data is verified by the officials of concerned dept.
