Dear Sir,

In context of the trail mail I would like to seek permission regarding a different strategy adopted in Dausa as neither CLF nor its respective committees have been formed here as yet.  So in that case active women along with the existing CDOs or VOs have been made pivotal in the selection of PS/KS. The active woman along with the SHG members of the potential village would nominate the eligible and interested candidates, who would then be screened and finally selected in their respective CDO or VO. Thereafter, further process would be carried on as in the other districts. So kindly approve for the same as frequent meetings of the said cadre are to be organized and hence the district shouldn't find it difficult to disburse the actual traveling allowances claimed by them.

Thank you
With regards
Almiss

Dear DPMs,

It has been observed that there is a huge gap in

identifying and training of Krishi Sakhis and Pashu Sakhis across districts.

It has been decided during the last District

Review held at Jaipur on 14th Dec, 2016 that the identification and

training of Krishi Sakhi and Pashu Sakhi should not wait for CRP round.
For

this, we are sending the Advisory for Pashu Sakhi and Krishi Sakhi selection

and training.

All

procedures of selection of PS/KS should be completed by 30th Dec 2016 and

training of PS/KS should be completed by 25th Jan 2017.

Please

find enclosed the Advisory for Pashu Sakhi and Krishi Sakhi selection and

training.

 Dear Almiss

As per your mail regarding village selection and identification of Pashu and Krishi Sakhi in livelihood cluster, As per guidelines these works are to be done by VO through CLF OBs but at your district CLF have not been formed yet so that these works can be done by CDO or VO and if Active Women (AW) support them in these works then DPMU-Dausa can reimburse their TA bill on actual basis.
