Sir,

This is to inform you that previously we were given approval by ex SMD sir and ex PD sir that if any cadre is coming from distant place than they can come one day before and after completion of training they can stay one day more depending on transportation availability and their boarding and lodging facilities will be done accordingly. So please get the approval of above mentioned for the above training and also for other training.

We are going to organize Pashu Sakhi fresh training of MKSP from the 26th to 29th June ,2018 at Jaipur, so we would require a venue which can accommodate around 60 persons. We would require 2 separate class rooms so that training can be done smoothly. All participants will be reaching Jaipur on the evening of 25th June'18, to ensure full-fledged training for next 4 days. MKSP-DC/BC & CLE to ensure that the participants reach on 25th June. 

All the participants will be from  Balesar block in Jodhpur district and Begu block in Chittorgarh district. Kindly arrange for lodging and boarding for all the participants. All training rooms should have a projector each, required for the duration of training.

Please ensure a creche facility for the babies and small children of the participants in the MKSP training, so that the quality of training is not compromised.

Please inform me about the venue once confirmed, as soon as possible.
