आप की तरफ से India Infoline Insurance Brokers Ltd को कोई कारवाही नहीं
हुई हे . मेरी समज के मुताबिक आप ही ये India Infoline Insurance
Brokers Ltd को बढ़ावा दे रहे हो. वो गलत जानकारी दे के इन्सुरांस
policy उतार ता हे. India Infoline Insurance Brokers Ltd के कर्मचारी
ने ६० दिन छुट के बताये थे और आप ने १५ दिन ही दिए हे . गोल्ड कोइन ,
मेडिकल पोलिस्य , २०% प्रीमियम का पैसा हर साल वापिस मिलेगा. ये सारी
जानकारी हमें गलत दी गयी हे. और फिर आपाने १५ दिन ख़तम हो गए कह के अपना
पल्ला जाद दिया. लेकिन अगर मुझे मेरे पैसे वापिस नहीं मिले तो में ये मेल
कल से रोज १००० लोगो को भेजूंगा और उनको कहूँगा की Reliance Life
Insurance से सावधान रहे. अगर आप को योई भी फ़ोन से पोलिस्य के बारे में
कहे तो वेसे कभी भी policy न ले. और १ कॉपी आप को cc करूँगा. मेरे पास
sms भी हे जो पिंटू के नंबर से आया हे. और उसका वोइस रिकॉर्ड भी किया हे.

Same case here, I think emails are bounce back on above ids. When I
put
rlife.P...@relianceadag.Com,rlife.Headc...@relianceadag.Com,
then it was delivered. Here is the fraud with me, I will wait for few
days and then I will go for insurance ombudsmen. Please see my email
sent to india infoline and copied to reliance life.

Hi infoline team,

myself suketu bhatt from baroda, I got some calls from your
organisation from some landline and mobile number stating that they
are calling from reliance life insurance company. They explained me a
insurance plan with great benefits. So I decided to buy it and finally
bought it. Till the date I received my policy document, I thought I
have bought the policy from reliance life. But when I got the policy
document I found it was sold by you that is from india infoline ( as I
read the agent/Broker code on policy documnet)

here is my policy number : 19294963, money multiplier plan ( reliance
life)

premium paid : rs. 20,000 /-

I have also registered your complain with reliance life.
I will wait for resolution to my problem till 15 working days
including today. After that I will escalate the same to consumer forum

are also part of india infoline, if so, please give me the correct
email ID and contact number of customer care.
