AEM PDF Generator Conversion Error

Hi All,

I was trying to convert a word file through my newly installed AEM PDF generator, it threw a error "No User Defined", when i try creating a user account it throws the following error in the logs

15:50:09,557 ERROR [com.adobe.service.ProcessResource] (http-/0.0.0.0:8080-2) ALC-BMC-001-031: An unexpected CORBA exception occurred while  allocating a connection by service ColorProfileSvc: org.omg.CORBA.COMM_FAILURE

I already tried the below

1. Made sure my local account has admin access and is marked as logon account for the JBoss service.

2. Added the "Replace Token" permissions

Still none of them seem to help. Can someone please assist me.
