Key Skills:
Web developer with high level of experience in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
Primary Responsibility:
Collaboratively participates in business requirements gathering sessions and documents technical specifications that can be used by assigned application development staff. Codes unit tests readily resolves defects and maintains and implements high quality program changes applying IT development standards and practices.
Effectively collaborates with Quality Assurance Testing and business staff to review application functionality and test results.
Provides accurate and timely estimates for assigned work and documentation for all completed work assignments.
Leverages a detailed understanding of business processes and procedures to prepare accurate and comprehensive user-level documentation.
Assists peers with detailed program analysis & design for assigned work.
Responds to all assigned emergency maintenance situations and provide expert problem resolution knowledge to peers.
Mentors and trains designated IT team resources. .
Performs administrative duties such as status and time reporting and special assignments within scope of expected skills and experience. Coordinates SDLC tasks where called upon for moderate change requests as well as project assignments.
Acts in a Technical Project Leadership role following IT’s best practice SDLC processes.

Demonstrated ability to function in a leadership and consulting capacity.
Ability to communicate clearly and concisely with all levels of the organization and with outside contractors and vendors.
Ability to work in a fast-paced collaborative environment with limited supervision.

Effective oral and written communication skills are necessary to meet team collaboration and programming documentation standards.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously while maintaining quality standards and meeting assigned deadlines.
TECHNOLOGY REQUIREMENTS:
WEB - Advanced Level Java Programming or .Net (C# or VB.Net) framework
- Mastery of Object Oriented Development Concepts
- Mastery of Intermediate Web Development Concepts
- Intermediate HTML/CSS/JavaScript
- Knowledge of JSP, Servlet, ASP/VB
- Knowledge of intermediate SQL commands
- Advanced Mobile Development (iPhone Android Windows HTML 5)
- Advanced Source Control knowledge (SVN)
- Advanced Knowledge of Web Content Management System - Prefer Adobe CQ Experience
Education:
Required Education:Bachelors Degree (Computer Information Systems)
Experience:
or related field and requires five (5) years of relevant developer experience. In lieu of a Bachelor's degree requires five (5) years of progressively responsible experience in an IT development role.
Prior experience in a healthcare organization is preferred.
Must possess a working knowledge of IT tools technologies and programming languages.
