ES2 upgrade error- "unable to deploy the jars"

Hi,

 

We are facing some issues in upgradation of ES to ES2.
FYI: ES2 server , workbench and designer instalation was done without any errors.

However when we run configuration manager we get the error " unable to deploy the jars". We tried starting the service "JBoss for Adobe LiveCycle ES2" manually from services but it did not start.even tried executing run.bat it too ended abruptly.
