Are you looking to get a hold of LiveCycle Designer ES 8.2 or the
LiveCycle Server ES 8.2 ?
If you are looking for Designer, you can download a trial version at :

Let's check what's your situation:
Assuming you need to develop a LiveCycle app. it is far better using
the latest version:
LiveCycle ES2 SP1 (9.0.0.1)
The way to get that is:
Get the server installer at: http://www.adobe.com/devnet/livecycle/trial/

If you have some time on this, maybe you are or have accces to a
Solution Partner that can browse the outdated installer packages so
that you get the right packages of LiveCycle.
