Anyone knows the best way to use nmap command....??

Or..

can we run multiple nmap command for the same target in same time
like..

command Prompt 1:- nmap -sU -sV -p 0-100 -T4 -O -v -r 192.168.1.3

command Prompt 2:-nmap -sU -sV -p 101-200 -T4 -O -v -r 192.168.1.3

command Prompt 3:-nmap -sU -sV -p 201-300 -T4 -O -v -r 192.168.1.3

Please share information to reduce the nmap execution time...
