Hi all,

I am trying to develop a automation tool. For that I need your
help...below is a basic question about the proxy server. Please
provide your answer.

1) Is there any proxy server which can store complete web page browsed
by the user.??

actually the requirement is.. I need to get the complete web page
browsed by the user. and user is using my system IP as a proxy
address.

I guess its a silly question to be asked but I am very new to the
Proxy server concept.

Thanks in advance
Brijesh

i don't think so any proxy server does like this as now a days mostly websites are dynamic so webpage saving not working perfectly.

you can try with Squid. and in squid logs you can see that which user opened which url. it only save webpages as a form of cache.

there is no way to storage whole webpage viewed by user.

Thanks,
Amit

Hello Brijesh,

You can do this by installing SARG package. This will generate all users access information ( daily , monthly , weekly and hourly)

Thanks
Arvind
