Thanks for the reply.. by default it doesn't install libx264 support
at linux.. It is working fine at windows..
So i checkout from svn://
svn.ffmpeg.org/ffmpeg/trunk ffmpeg at fedora
12 and even at 15
and trying to enable libx264 using
./configure --enable-libx264 --enable-gpl --enable-shared
here is the output i am getting..
ERROR: libx264 version must be >= 0.83.
If you think configure made a mistake, make sure you are using the
latest
version from SVN. If the latest version fails, report the problem to
the
ffmpe...@mplayerhq.hu mailing list or IRC #ffmpeg on
irc.freenode.net.
Include the log file "config.err" produced by configure as this will
help
solving the problem.
This is required for iPad/iPhone compatible mp4 video.
